Mounting SD Card into a galaxy note 3 issues (need help ASAP) :-(

I have just got a sandisc 32gb micro sd for my note 3
It wont recognise the card for some reason, the 8gb card works fine on fat32..
I have put both the sd cards into a S3 and they both work fine
Now I have tried fat32, NTFS and exFat??

Please help guys this is supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter :-(

Hello. I saw this yesterday but couldn't help. I hope you have it resolved.
You may have checked the setting in General - Storage - Mount SD card, to see if it is recognised.
If you still have the issue, try posting this question again in the Ask Any Question forum, or in Introductions - under Android Central Community.
