AT&T Note 3 unlock to use with verizon.

Hello I have been searching and cant seem to find a definite answer. Can a at&t note 3 be unlocked to use on the Verizon network?

It cannot. Verizon only allows Verizon devices on their network. Even if the phone is capable technology wise (radios) -- it still won't work. Mainly because Verizon requires all IMEI numbers to be in their database before they will allow it on their network.

And it wouldn't even if they allowed it, because the Note 3 doesn't have 2G CDMA, so it can't do the initial connection to the network.
