Hi. Did you know the Note 3 camera has focus and exposure lock... when trying to get the best exposure for your pic. Press and hold the Camera Icon (you can then recompose your image). When you let go. Your pic will be taken.
Why would you want to use this feature? When there is too much light say in the sky. You can move the camera down a bit so that you include the scenery then press and hold the Camera Icon. Move the camera back up (recompose) and release. It will take a more balanced exposed pic... if you have Voice on and say "Cheese or Shoot" etc. then you will get two pics...
You can use HDR, but you need a steady hand to make sure the images line up properly...
