How can I get Palm Motion working?

Palm Motion not working

Hi! the palm motion , Capture screen function is not working at all........

any idea to fix it?

Go to Settings, Motions and Gestures, and make sure that Pam Swipe to capture is turned on.

Home key and volume down key not work? Did you do the Lollipop update? S-Pen with Screen Write not capture a screen shot either?

did the Lollipop, but the other features you mentioned are working ok!

Hmm, try turning on increased touch sensitivity and see if that works. Also try turning off your motion features and then turn them back on.

When I first got my note 3, I played with the palm motion and face recognition parts of the phone and never could get them to work at all. After doing the 5.0 update and reading this thread, I thought I'd try it again. Still doesn't work. I can't even get the eye on the notification bar to show up. Then last night as is going to sleep, I plugged my phone on and laid it face down on the shelf. A few minutes later I picked it up to check something and saw the eye flicker a few times but couldn't get it to repeat. Not really in a panic to get it to work, but more curious why it doesn't. Sensitivity is turned up, everything is on,but nothing of that part works.
