Bootloop after wipe dalvik and cache

I have n900 stock 4.4.4 rooted.
I just "wiped dalvik and cache in TWRP " but i think something goes wrong when i did that, because phone "Restarted TWRP" and in the log i get the message: "cant mount cache"
and "i'm now stuck in samsung logo" for hours but nothing happens and "the phone is hot as hell!".
what is going on here and what should i do?
i know that i shoud try format data but i dont know how to view my files on my computer to make a backup(backups on twrp just contain programs data, am i right?)
I try MTP mode in TWRP but nothing is showing in windows(driver issue?)

Re: Bootloop after wipe dalvik and cache

Data backup in TWRP is the whole data partition - apps, the data the apps saved, everything. (I do one any time I've added or uninstalled a few apps, any time there's been a lot of change in the data saved, etc. And every time I'm about to do anything that might mean reflashing a ROM and starting over. (And a system backup for that too.)

You also should have made a system backup first, so you could restore the system, restore your data and restart system.
