Why don't I have lollipop

Ok, my note 3 is on EE, I know lots of people now have lollipop but I'm still not even getting the update when I have a look in settings. Any idea when it's out? And seeing there's lots of complaints here is there any point in bothering !?

According to Sammobile, it's not out yet for your carrier: Firmware for Samsung SM-N9005 - SamMobile
I'm assuming that is your correct country and model of phone. If it's otherwise, you can look for yourself on there to find it.
I think the lollipop update is great myself. Anyone who experiences any unresolvable problems should be ready to do a factory reset.

Thanks ! Yep that's me. Guess I'm being left behind. Might have to reconsider my operator on next upgrade
