Easy clip/ Screen shot not working
I have tried everything, but screen shot ( using the s pen) and easy clip are not working on my Galaxy Note 3. Air command is on and so is Air gesture and Air view. The Air Command works and the screen shot works with Air Command and the palm swipe. But I can't figure out why I can't do an easy clip or screen shot with the s pen. I have restarted and toggled the buttons several times.
