can't use samsung music app after update?

I recently updated to 5.0. went to listen to music after the update and the app crashes almost immediately. any tips/help?

Welcome to Android Central! Go to the App Manager, select Music, and Clear Cache, then try again. If you don't mind the possibility of losing playlist data, Clear Data also.

If that doesn't work, try wiping the system cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-9049
