Not able to SIM Unlock After Root My Samsung NOTE 3 (ATT)

Hi Folks,

Need your expertise on this issue. I have successfully able to Root my Samsung NOTE 3 from ATT . Then I have Installed the RegionLock Away on this and after updating the Modem message , it is asking to reboot my device. I have tried this couple of times , but after reboot it still asking me the SIM Unlock code for a T-Mobile SIM.

Could you please help me on this.
