Updated CM12.1, lost root access. Do I need to re-root my device?

Updated CM12.1, lost root access

Hi.. I just updated my temasek's build CM12.1 on my Note 3 SM-N9005. Somehow after finished updating, i've lost my root privilege. Even the Root Checker verify that there is no root access. What worse is, there is no way to enable root in Developer Option.

Do I need to re-root my device? May someone give me some ideas, because i'm new to rooting. TQ

OK.. The problem was solved. Somehow reverting SuperSU from V2.46 back to V2.37 helps restore my root access.

But there is still no way to enable root access in Developer Option.
