Why don't I have any access to the internet?

Cant access to internet

My cell phone is samsong Note3.
When i use to access internet 3g outside home always i receive a msg telling i have to check my firewall or the antivirus settings. I have no more antivirus settings and the promblem the same what shall i have to do.

It may be best to take the phone to your carrier, if convenient to do so. They will be able to tell whether this is a genuine message, or malware.
