Clear credential grayed out on Galaxy Note 3, what can I do?

Clear credential greyed out on Galaxy Note 3

i have been searching for my problem since two weeks ago and none of the discussion that i have found on google help me (not a bit! seriously! its maddening too!) i want to change my password lock to swipe but all of them are graying out. including clear credential. so far i have nearly tried everything. i mean every solution that they were suggested. so any other option OTHER THAN :

1 ) Clear credential (in my phone, it is GREYED OUT. so i cant use this soultion. dont suggest it anymore PLS)

2) Encrypted devide or sd . (i have tried these two encryption like ... 7 times and still not working. wasting my time waiting for my phone to encrypt and nothing worked. do not suggest!)

3) remove guest from account. (i dont even have guest in my account. out...)

4) remove vpn. (same.. i dont have any vpn save so this option is also out)

and so on i cant even describe. really nothing work so any suggestion other than what i said above. any useful help would be really really appreciate. thank you!
