Why can't I hear the caller on my GN3?

[AC Question]

Cannot hear caller on my GN3

When I make or receive a call on my Galaxy Note 3 they CAN hear me but I CANNOT hear them. I tried restarting the phone and taking the battery out waited 5 minutes reinstalled the battery no help. I work with wired and Bluetooth headsets or on speaker. But when I call or answer I cannot hear them. Love to get some help on this.

Welcome to the forums. The earpiece microphone may not be working anymore. I take it it doesn't matter who you call, you can't hear them?
