Why isn't the touch screen of my Samsung Note 3 working?

touch screen of my samsung note 3 is not working

my samsung note 4 touch screen not working although it is working with stick ... kindly give me solution

Hi, when you say it's working with a stick, are you referring to the SPen on an actual stick from a tree? also, have you dropped your phone recently or got it wet?

I am having the same issue, and it occurred after dropping my Note 3 (not the note 4)

Is touch screen totally messed up now for me? Will I be doomed to use the S pen for the rest of this phone's life? Thanks for any info!
