2011 Mazda 3 Bluetooth Connect Issues...

I have a 2011 Mazda 3 sp25 and a Note 3 the phone and car have been working together beautifully for almost 2 years but all of a sudden last week the bluetooth phone and music note symbols would disappear the re appear and it would do this constantly so if you tried to make a call you would have them on bluetooth then you would lose them then they would be back and so on...now it just says error when i make a call and just disconnects so i can't use it at all my partner tried his s2 on it when it first happened and it seem to be ok is anyone familar with this issue i have seen some similar ones on the forum
...my phone is not rooted and the car and phone have not had any updates short of maybe getting a new phone (which im not sure will work) i don't know what to do??

Try to remove the car from the phone, and also remove the phone from the car, and try again.
