Black Box or Unclear Image on the Application Icons and Texts

Hi, everyone. I have a problem with my device.

Model no.: SM-N900
Android version: 5.0

The problem began after I updated the software (around one year ago). My device still works properly until now, but sometimes there are some black or blue boxes on the application icons. Sometimes, unclear images appear on the texts. If I restarted my device, the boxes or the unclear images would be gone for awhile and then they would start appearing again.

I don't know what triggers the boxes or the unclear images. Is there anything I can do to stop this problem? Thank you.
