Guys. Wondering if anyone has the same issue ?

I have organized the apps in my app Drawer into folders.... however after I restarted the phone.. the app Drawer does not memorized it... all the apps that I put into folder now no longer organized... however the folders are still there , just with out the apps...

This would happen on my Nite 3 every now and then. Are you clicking save after you put your items in the folders? I want doing that and soon realized that was the issue. Hope this helps.

Did not try Factory Reset. I have an AT&T one if that matters

So what is the best way to backup and restore after doing the factory reset? Would prefer not to redownload everything. Not rooted

Add me to the list. My folders are partially saved. I created eight folders and placed apps in all. The first time I rebooted, the folders remained and about half of the app icons remained in them. This time, the eight folders remained but only two apps stayed in one folder. Looking for a fix.

I had the same issue and it was very frustrating. However, I did find a solution. Before adding your apps to the folder, make sure you tap settings (while in the app drawer) and select "sort by" then make sure "custom" is checked off. After doing this, your apps should stay inside your folders even after a reboot! Hope this helps! Cheers 😆

So Alphabetical need to be checked? Or Custom?
