Samsung Galaxy Note 4 How do I adjust Notification Screen timeout?

So how do turn off the screen after 3 seconds instead of 10 seconds when notifications are received as it tells me to do in Power saving mode? I cannot find it anywhere in the settings.

Right there. Where is states "restrict performance". Turn it ON and the screen timeout will go to 3 seconds. Plus the other items will be enforced.

Ok.....I was assuming that turning it on only enabled the options you chose below. Thanks!
