AFAIK there's no way to hide the notification bar using stock settings and TouchWiz. You can, however, install a third party launcher that allows you to hide it, like Themer. I'm not sure if Nova, one of the most popular homescreen replacements, can do this as well, I had issues with battery drain in the past, so I stopped using it.

You can, of course, also root your device and apply a patch or install a ROM that allows the notification bar to auto-hide.

If I can ask in another way, I do not want my new message to be displayed on the status bar. How can my phone give only a notification of new message, but not to display the whole message on status bar? I am new here and using note 4.

You can use a messaging app like GO SMS pro, and instead of displaying the whole message it will just say new message. That's what I use Playa.

It can be done (turned off) with the stock messaging app also. Messages/Settings/Notifications/Status Bar
