Just wondering. Do you notice a delay in wifi and bluetooth becoming active after you restart your Note 4? Wondering if this is a hardware issue or is this caused by 4.4.4.
After a restart it seems that while both wifi and bluetooth were on at the time I issued the restart, they aren't on after the phone comes back. Normally I would pull down notification and turn them on, but thought this was dumb. So today I did a restart and waited, took over 15 minutes for both to come back on automatically.
