Samsung Galaxy Note 4 FitBit App Synchronization

With the newest version of the app my FitBit One is syncing just fine with my Note 4...BUT the "Custom" and "My Foods" tabs force close the app every time I touch them. Reporting does nothing. I saw nothing on their site. Anyone else seeing this?

My fitbit Charge4 will sync but I can't get text or call notifications. It says "unable to communicate with Charge HR" . It discovers it but won't connect.

Just got the new samsung S6 and my fitbit charge hr doesn't seem to sync. Any advice??? Thanks.

I have to plug it in and reset it for my charge hr to sync on my s6

Lollipop has much improved my syncing. It used to take several attempts but now it works most of the time.

I'm having the same issue. I have a Note 4 and a Fitbit Charge 2 and I am unable to sync to it. I am able to pair the two devices, but I am unable to sync them or get of the Fitbit Setup screen on the Charge 2.

In order to get your Fibit to sync with the Note 4, you need both Location and Bluetooth turned on. I have a Blaze and was having issues syncing as well, and found out from the Fitbit forums that this is the only way to properly sync (not so much an issue with the Note 4 but rather how Android handles the Fitbit synchronization).
