voice ok google reminder problems

Has anyone else experienced clunkiness when using the "reminders" via the Ok command. Seems it will enter in the reminder fine, but then will temporarily freeze up (maybe 10-20 seconds) if I try to back arrow out. Also, if I want to delete past reminders, it makes me do it one at a time, and often does the temporary freeze thing then won't delete. Not sure why this happens on something as simple as reminders.
Bonus question... how do I "undo" after typing?
