keyboard hesitation?

I'm having a weird problem where on some websites that I'm entering text, the keyboard isn't responding right away. So I have to type the word twice. Latest incidence happened on a contract the seller form on Amazon. Had anyone else has this and how did you fix it? I'm using the stock Swype keyboard. Thanks

That sounds as if it's a page with tons of Javascript, which eats browsers for lunch. (IE5 was so bad that we refused to work with clients who had trouble with our sites being slow if they were using IE5 - filling and sorting a huge data grid in Firefox took about 25 seconds, in IE5 I gave up waiting after 25 minutes).

Try Atlas Web Browser on sites like that. It doesn't have much, but it's really fast on slow sites (probably because it doesn't have much). I don't normally use it, but I keep it on my phone just for pages like that.

(I use Swiftkey too, so I know it's not that.)
