Ok, so I'm use to working out with the chest strap monitors that offer continuous monitoring. How do you all use the note 4 monitor in your workouts? After a set? Hold it while running?
I'm thinking about picking up the H7. Does it work well with the phone? You don't need a wrist watch/device, correct?A few times through the day I just check heart and Oxygen just for the records but during a workout I use the Polar H7 BT for constant monitoring
