Verizon disable apps option

Where can I find this at? I've looked at application manager and couldn't locate it?

Press the app. Look at the upper right of the screen - there's a button. If it's a downloaded app, it'll say Uninstall. If it's an app that came with the phone - and it can be disabled - it'll say Disable or, if it's been updated, Remove Update or something like that (Verizon may have changed the stock Android message). Once you remove all updates, if the app can be disabled, the button will say Disable. (Some apps can't be disabled - if they are, the phone stops working.)
