Status Bar

I currently have a rooted Note 4 and find it annoying when the status bar disappears if 2 apps are opened at the same time during multi-window view. Is there a way around it so it stays permanently? I know that Samsung purposely made it that way so there's more screen space, but I'm one of those weird people who don't like it. Thanks in advance.

Try wanam xposed and a module to keep the statusbar permanent.
Or a tweak that supports it.

If you swipe the top of the screen the notification bar appears.

What he said. Even if the bar isn't present swiping down from the top should bring it up. It does on any as that hide it on my stock rom.
