You may have to delete your device from the official Samsung website and re-register it there. Lots of people were having issues with getting the coupon code when registering during the initial setup of the phone, myself included. I had to manually go to the official Samsung website and re-register the phone there. Afterward, I received the code via email almost immediately.

Alternatively, did you check your trash or spam folders for the email?
