Display timeout not working

I have a Note4 AT&T. I've had it for a couple weeks. Today I am noticing that the display is not timing out and going dark after the 1 minute that I have it set for. I do not have Smart Stay turned on so it is not because I am looking at it. In the couple weeks I've owned the phone I didn't notice this behavior. Not sure what is going on.

I've noticed that on my Note 3 occasionally. All I do is restart and it's working again. It has to be some app that's messing up the screen off time.

Same here on my Note 4. Just happened this week. Restarted and fixed the issue.
