Which CPU do I have?

On the back of the box it says:

Octa Core (1.90 GHz + 1.3 GHz Quad Core)

Is this the Samsung CPU or snap dragon?

I couldn't find the Snapdragon one here in Dubai and when I did some research it seems the snapdragon version is the better one? haven't started the phone yet as I'm a bit busy I hope it doesn't lag like heck like some people complain on forums
