Possible screen issue - text blurs when scrolling

Whenever I scroll through a Web page or in an app, I am noticing that any text on the screen seems to blur while I'm scrolling. It's not as prevalent in some apps, but it's really noticible in the AC app.

Do you really need it to be clear while scrolling?

It's not that it's not clear (it is) but there's a small shadow above/below any text depending on the direction that I scroll.

This exist for us too. Samsung make mistake in new super amoled screen. They try to make true color but deceease quality in 45-90 degree angle
