Picture Location keeps turning off?

Hello everyone. I just got my Note 4 and it's a neat phone. But I have to say that this is really disappointing: The camera is very important to me and that it keeps location data. I've had to turn it on MULTIPLE times! It doesn't keep it on for some reason! Am I doing something wrong? GPS is on. I turn on the camera, and the little icon isn't there. So I go into the settings and I have to click on the Location Tags button and then the little pin is on the screen. I'll take my shot and I'm happy. Later, it'll be off again! ARG! So frustrating!

Also, I noticed that it's ALWAYS off when launched from the lock screen. Is there a way to change that? To enable Location Tags when taking pictures from the lock screen?

You are not alone. My Galaxy S5 keeps doing this to me also.
