I've reached out to Amazon support and here the email back from them. That didn't work for me. Any Amazon prime users out there with the same issue on note 4?

Step 1: Clear Cache:
1. Swipe down from the top of your screen and tap "Settings."
2. Tap "Applications," and then "Manage Applications."
3. Select "App."
4. Select "Force Stop," and then tap "Clear Cache."
5. Go back to your device Home screen and re-open the app to check if the issue persists.
Step 2: Clear Data for Appstore:
1. Swipe down from the top of your screen and tap "Settings."
2. Tap "Applications," and then "Manage Applications."
3. Select "Amazon Appstore."
4. Select "Force Stop," and then tap "Clear Data."
5. Go back to your device Home screen and re-open the app to check if the issue persists.
Note: Please restart the device now.
