How can I fix a Bluetooth Error code for pin on my Note 4?

bluetooth Error code for pin on my note4

I just bought a Scala Rider Q3 and when I try to connect through Bluetooth it says "Error, unable to pair with scala rider q3. incorrect PIN or password", but it will not give me the option to enter a PIN on my note4. please help someone. I have followed the directions properly. Its definently an issue on the Note4 side as ive just installed this Bluetooth device on an I-phone 6 by the push of the connect button

I'm having the same exact problem with my Note 4, except I'm trying to connect to a n LG sound bar. Never had any issues with my Note 3. It's so frustrating that it says incorrect PIN or password but doesn't give you a place to put anything in. I wish someone would answer this....

Sorry for my English but I think that I have solution for your problem.
I just buy scala Q3 and I have the same problem with galaxy S3.

Please,try pair with scala with button in scala q3.
1. when you have power on your scala, press for 5 second Vol+, led flash red/blue
2. then on your device/mobile in bluetooth menu click your scala device.

It works
