My phone seems to take forever lately loading things from the Internet lately. I have rebooted several time. Cleared the app switcher drawer, etc.
My Antutu benchmark was in the 44k range. So I ran speed test here is 2 screen caps one from Dec. last year and the other today.

I wonder why my 4glte speeds have taken such a dump?

I do not see the pics unfortunately but it could be your carrier having issues. What carrier do you have?

How are the other devices doing? Is it just your phone which is taking forever to load things from the internet?

I am with Verizon and right now in my home office. Speeds in my office during the day are generally slow, but better than where shopping and restaurants are located in my area. Those areas really stink. But look at my wonderful Cox internet.

Mine does this as well. When I use the utorrent app or any torrent app, it will go up to 1.4 MBPS and then drop to 800 b/s. I have dno clue why I does this. My phone is the only one that does this. I have 30 Mbps and should be getting somewhere around 4.0 MBPS

I just have my phone on AT&T. My iPad is wifi only. Both my phone and iPad get the same speeds at home on my wifi. I miss my 20Mbps.

I just got an S4 replacing my G2 under warrenty from Sprint.
My uploads are horrendous causing pages and apps to even fail. My downloads are okay but responses from the device connecting fail from terrible upload speed. Other devices here are good. I blame Samsung.

You guys must be living in good places because I'm on AT&T and my max speed is only 10 mbps. Only time I get high speeds is if I'm on downtown or a place with 5 bars I get speeds in between 30-50 mbps
