Can I get some help with my S Pen on my Note 4, attachment sounds?

Problem with my s pen on note 4, attachment sounds

I got my new note 4 two days ago. I love the S pen but I am having a few issues. The s pen works fine, but the s pen isn't making attachment or detachment sounds or bringing the air command menu up automatically when detaching the pen. I can get the air command up when i press the button. I have s pen sounds on etc and have tried everything I can think of but still can't get it to work

Also because I can't get my phone to recognise when remove I the pen It won't warn me when walk I away either if I leave my pen out
