unfortunately internet has stopped working

Is anyone else having this issue? I get the error message multiple times a day..and I have to keep trying and trying to finally get a webpage to pop up...and my Wi-Fi and internet is always on..

Do other browsers work fine, like Chrome or Dolphin?

Go to the App Manager, select Internet, and Clear Cache, then Force Stop. If that doesn't help, the try Clear Data as well, although this will probably erase any saved bookmarks.
