Why won't my photos transfer from my phone to my mac.
Last Christmas I got a new Samsung Galaxy Note 4. This is the first time I've tried connecting it to my macbook air. I have android file transfer, usb debugging is on, on my phone as well as it is put through as an MTP device.
When I plug it into my laptop it connects fine until I go into DCIM on android file transfer and press camera. This is where the error message which says 'unplug or restart you device' appears.
I have also tried to connect it to my laptop as a PTP device but this also doesn't work.
