note 4 lag freezing and rebooting

My phone keeps lagging freezing and rebooting. I did a factory reset and it still hasnt fixed it. It happened out of nowhere. When i did the reset i instaled my backup files and it still kept at it. So i factory reset a second time and did not reinstall backup files. And its working a little better but still not the same as it was a week ago. Idk what happened does anyone have any idea what it could be. Also i do not have a sd card
