Why won't my Note 4 boot up?

my note 4 will not boot up

when I power on my note 4 a blue light in the top left corner comes on but then nothing. screen is black

The Note 4 has a setting to keep the screen dark at all times for privacy. Perhaps you've unintentionally enabled it. Double press the Power key to see if the screen turns on.

It could possibly mean your battery is dead. Charge it or replace it with another battery and try it out. This happens to mine when I run out of juice and it shuts off by itself with the blue light on.
