Note 4 price after Note 5 release?

My GS4 broke literally yesterday after the Note 5 announcement. Looking to upgrade, I want the Note 4. Verizon has it listed for $624. I can't find anywhere if that has been discounted from after the Note 5 or if it's the same price as before. That's a heck of a lot for not being the latest generation! The Note 5 is up for $696. If $624 is the discount price I'll look for it used somewhere.

As much as they took away from the Note 5 the Note 4 should go up...... Lol

At the TMo website, and at their stores if you prod them to look it up, the TMo went down $150. Online only has charcoal grey/black, but local stores will have either white or black, depending on their stock.

I thought the Note 4 would go down, too. And some carriers have lowered it in price.

But, as Brian W1 said above, the Note 5 is not a replacement for the Note 4. At least not for a lot of users. I expect Note 4 sales will remain vigorous for a while, and no one is going to price drop something that is selling welll.
