Pull Down Notification: how to remove certain notifications?

Either have them not displayed at all or swipe to dismiss them. Some we can dismiss, others we can't, like the 2 that I have circled? They are just redundant.

Thanks, I tried that, but somehow, the 2 apps in the Status Bar also get deleted when I select Block. My overall goal is to have weather, date, and maybe other useful info in the Status Bar, yet don't want the Pull Down Notification to show the same info.

BTW, are you using a Note 5, cuz I noticed the Sounds and Notifications menu is different? I have the Note 5 too.
