Hey guys i rooted my note 4 before 1 and half month so when i tried software update it says the operating sys..... so anyone can help me it is n910c

Whenever you root a phone you typically will not be able to update OTA. Either unroot and take the OTA or add a custom recovery and update by flashing an update

Depending on what you did after root....you may need to flash (ODIN) the original software for the Note 4, from SamsMobile....and follow the software update process.

If you just rooted, and "didn't" alter your system files, by using different recovery, or uninstalled OEM software with a 3rd party app like Titanium, you should be able to follow the unroot process offered within SUPERSU.
