Incoming call, sometimes no vibrate, anyone else?

Just curious if anyone else has this issue. I've rebooted, all settings right etc, but sometimes I'll see my screen light up showing an incoming call but there is no vibration.
For a while, I wondered how I kept missing calls when set to vibrate, but then noticed it happen while it was on the table next to me. I'm sure it's some kind of intermittent bug so probably no fix, but curious if others have this issue.

I had the opposite problem. Phone would ring but nothing would happen on the screen. Mine also became very laggy and wouldn't load apps half of the time. Verizon is sending me a new phone.
