Where did my Call Waiting setting go? Note 4/VZW/Lollipop

I don't generally get enough calls to even notice something like this - but last night I was talking with my dad when my sister called me - she called on our home phone like 1 minute later (yes we're still old school and have a land line) and asked why my cell went straight to voice mail. I had no clue so got to looking at my settings and noticed I have no setting anywhere for call waiting.

Was this removed during the Lollipop update? Anyone else have this issue or a solution?

I see. After messing with it a bit more it does seem to be working. My sister must have tried calling me at same moment I was calling my dad rather than after I had connected to him.
