How does a skin effect buttons on note 4

Hi,

I have been thinking ordering skin for my phone from slickwraps or dbrand.
I just want to know if the light under the back button and apps button on either side of the fingerprint scanner is visible through the skins and if putting on a wrap has any affect on the touch.

I think with the dbrand skin you have to option to get a cutout for the lights to shine through. If not it will cover the lights.

It looks so much better covered and the buttons work fine. You can't even see any light shine through.
