help on firmware downgrade

Can i downgrade to 4.4.4 from 5.1.1 or can i only downgrade to 5.0.1
Were can i download firmware beside sammobile

Not sure where else you could get the Kitkat firmware but I downgraded from 5.01 to 4.4 using Odin, Google the use of Odin and familiarise yourself with it before attempting the downgrade, I thought it was easy and straight forward but someone without a great deal of confidence might need some help.
For the record, I upgraded again to 5.1 and don't really notice any more lag or more battery usage from 4.4.
