mysterious text

The other day I got a strange text from a unknown number not in my contact list. I did find out who it came from though. It was a text from my neighbor's mother to her. Her mother does not have my number and was not sending this text to me. Me and my neighbor both have Vzw for carriers. Did call vzw they have never heard of this happening. They did make up some rediculus explanations though. Like she sent a group message to us by mistake, to being connected by Bluetooth. Even after I shot down all of the ideas. I kept explaining the facts unknown number not in contacts, mother does not have my number, mother lives a hour away from us, text came from one number to one number, we got the text at the same time.

Funny you say that I had an odd text to my phone but while talking on text with my girlfriend, it showed up with in our conversation.
The odd part was that it was in Chinese text format...bloody odd lol
