Bug Report Captured

Has anyone gotten these notifications? I wish I took a screenshot before clearing it, but I didn't. I seem to get them every few months. When I tap on the notification, it gives me an option to view the report or send. When I select view, it literally does nothing. If I opt to send, it brings up a list of sending options (gmail, text, hangouts, etc). I select gmail and it creates a new message in gmail....addressed from me, to me. There's not content in the email other than an attachment that doesn't open. WTF are these "bug reports" and what exactly am I supposed to do with them?

I receive them, too, and also don't know why. The report wants to go to an Outlook email account, but I never send them.

I also get them too and they seem to only want to be sent from my email to my email, no one else. I can't seem to figure out what sequence causes them.

When I had my galaxy s4 about 2 years ago it did the bug reports too and did the same thing.

I just received a bug report and emailed it to myself. It came after my phone automatically rebooted itself (which was odd all by itself). It looks like a system dump, the title on the page is "dumpstate: 2016-03-26 11:28:38" and it lists information such as:

Do any of you have Developer Options enabled with any bug report options checked? There is actually an option to "Take bug report" in developer options but you need to actually press on it to generate the report. Maybe there's a glitch in the Matrix... or rather, the OS.
