Why can't I download apps on my Galaxy Note 4?

Hi there,

I need help with my phone. unlocked galaxy note 4.
Recently I can't seem to be able to download some app on my phone from the play store. it has been working fine, but suddenly gives me errors. "cannot download app". I didn't do any changes for it to act like that. tried possible ways such as cleaning up cache, checked known and unknown sources from the security settings, networks fine, have lots of storage available, updated playstore apk.

anyone having this problem? solutions?

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?


Try going to the App Manager, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.


If that doesn't work, try going to Settings>Accounts-Google, select your Google account, and remove it completely from the phone. Then add it back again, and see if that helps.
