Why is my Note4 "NOT" syncing "AT ALL" anymore with my FitBit Charge???

When I first got the Charge FitBit it would sync fine, somehow it just stopped. I have done everything I can think of but my phone still keeps saying "CANT FIND TRACKER" or "NO NETWORK DETECTED". It has been 3 days since it has last synced. Any suggestions would help. Thanks, BUMMED OUT

Have a look here. If you do not have the HR tap on the bars top left and select Charge.
